This takes me back to one of my days working at a club when me and my sous chef would have our Faith No More Sundays while prepping for the always hated Sunday Brunch. This song also works great as a training tune. So this weeks song of the Abattoir is "Surprise You're Dead" by Faith No More.

Songs of the Abattoir 7/8/09

This weeks song is one that I accidently had deleted from my mp3 player for and had forgotten about for a while but when I remebered it I couldn't beleive that it took me so long. I said in an earlier post this band will make several appearances here. This week is the song that really got me back into listening to this band after several years of not following them for a while. The song this week is one of my favorites still. The guitar solo is the music I want to have in my head while racing. When it hits the solo I can just watch my speed and heartrate go up from pushing harder. This is one of the songs I like to listen right before I race.
