Back onto the trainer

Now that it's gotten colder out it's about time to get the trainer set up and start the torture of getting ready for the 2011 Mountain Bike season with weekly trainer music. Here's "trashed, lost and strungout" from children of bodom. These guys have quickly become one of my favorite bands.
